Nous effectuons des recherches approfondies et chaque pièce de notre collection répond à la norme suivante. 

1. DESIGNED TO PLEASE

Our clothes are aesthetically pleasing and perform the jobs they were created to do. For a product to be truly sustainable it must invite you to wear it again and again.

2. CREATED TO LAST

Our clothes are created to last and be enjoyed for many years.

3. STAND OUT COMPORTEMENT ÉTHIQUE

Our clothes have a positive social or environmental impact that sets them apart from the mainstream. This could be a t-shirt made in a wind-powered factory with a carbon footprint 90% lower than that of a conventional t-shirt, or underwear made by small fairtrade factory in southern India.

Sustainability and ethical production is a journey, but every product in our collections has a clearly demonstrated positive impact on people or planet that goes beyond the norm.

Examples of stand-out social impact include working to fair trade criteria, programmes of worker training and capacity building, or in-house production which allows greater control over working conditions.

Examples of stand-out environmental impact include designing a product that will be used for many years, using more sustainable materials and energy efficiency in manufacturing and transportation.

4. TRANSPARENT SUPPLY CHAIN

Nous demandons aux concepteurs et aux marques qui fabriquent des produits dans notre collection de nous fournir une ventilation complète de leurs chaînes d'approvisionnement. Nous résumons ensuite cela et nous le partageons dans nos onglets "Empreinte".

Les marques partenaires sont tenues de fournir des preuves claires de la valeur ajoutée que leurs processus ou fournisseurs offrent aux communautés et à l'environnement.

5. DECENT LABOUR STANDARDS

We only work with brands that have systems* in place that are designed to ensure the following minimum labour standards are met:

- Pas d'utilisation du travail des enfants

- Pas d'utilisation du travail forcé

- Conditions de travail sûres et saines

Contrats de travail légaux

- Liberté d'association et droit de négociation collective

- Pas de discrimination à l'encontre des employés

- Pas d'heures de travail excessives

- Payment of legal minimum wage

* Brands are required to have clear systems for tier one suppliers and be taking steps, appropriate to the scale of the company, to ensure these standards are met by second and third tier suppliers.

6. COMMITMENT TO ONGOING DEVELOPMENT

We believe that a commitment to progress is absolutely crucial. Ethical practice and sustainability is an on-going journey and we require brands to display a genuine commitment to continued innovation in this area.

Il peut y avoir de bonnes raisons pour lesquelles une certaine norme ou certification n'a pas été atteinte et nous demandons que ces raisons soient communiquées avec la stratégie de l'entreprise vers l'amélioration continue des normes sociales et environnementales.
